Refund policy

Return Policy for Made-To-Order Items:

Since made-to-order items are made specifically for you and we do not hold extra inventory of merchandise, made-to-order items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Return Policy for Gift Cards:

If you have received a gift card from us (hello congrats!) you can use this for a custom piece or anything on our site. Your card will not expire. You can just plug your code in at checkout and boom! technology should happen for you. If it doesn't, please email us at BB@sunflowerjamny.com and we will sort that out right away. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Return Policy for Non-Made-To-Order Items (Vintage Collection & Jewelry Travel Case):

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at bb@sunflowerjamny.com. If your return is accepted, you'll be in charge of shipping the items back to us and the shipping label including tracking information at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at bb@sunflowerjamny.com.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only valid for Non-Made-To-Order items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start a return, you can contact us at bb@sunflowerjamny.com.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Resizing:

If you ordered a size that is not correct, you may send it back for the cost of the shipping label + a $15 resize fee per item. Please try to know your size when ordering so we can avoid this.

Damages and Repairs:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If anything needs repairs, you'll only have to pay for the cost of the shipping to Sunflower Jam and we will fix your piece and cover the return shipping to you. FOREVER. Yes, this means if your piece happens to break now or in 20 years, we are here for you, always.
